Q: 1. Can you supply OEM & ODM service?
A: Yes,we could do OEM service as your requirements,but there is a minimum order quantity required.
Q: 2. Could you supply free samples?
A: The standard warranty is 1 year from acceptance of the installed machine. Custom equipment may have different terms per contract.
Q: 3. How can you guarantee quality?
A: Always a pre-production sample before mass productions
Always final inspection before shipment;
Q: 4. Which certification you have?
A: We have FDA,ISO,HACCP etc certificates,we also can apply the certificate as customer's requirment;
Q: 5. What's your standard packaging?
A: Carton in many sizes,all can be base on cusstomer's request;
Q: 6. How about your payment?
A: We accept payment by TT,western union,paypal,wechat,alipay and so on,payment item is 30% TT in advance,70% balance before shipment;
Q: 7. How long is your delivery time?
A: Gernerally it's 7 to 15days,it need more days for big order.
Q: 8. What's the MOQ?
A: Normally our moq is 500kgs,but small order quantity can accept.
